Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited uses of Polktab services. We review project requests and may decline work that violates this policy.

Prohibited Projects and Activities

We do not provide services for projects involving:

• Illegal activity or facilitation of unlawful conduct.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Phishing or social engineering systems.
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code distribution.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging systems.
• Adult exploitation or illegal adult content.
• Gambling platforms where prohibited by law.
• Fake documents or identity misrepresentation.
• Identity theft or credential harvesting.
• Weapons sales or illegal weapons-related services.
• Illegal drug-related services or marketplaces.
• Financial scams or pyramid schemes.
• Unauthorized data collection or privacy violations.
• Intellectual property infringement.
• Abusive, harassing, or harmful systems.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate projects that violate this policy. If you are unsure whether your project is acceptable, contact us before submitting a request.
