Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital services provided by Polktab. Because our services are custom and digitally delivered, refund eligibility depends on project status and the terms agreed in your quote or service agreement.
Custom Digital Services
Custom digital services may not be refundable once work has started. When you approve a quote and payment is received, we allocate resources and begin work according to the approved scope.
Work Not Yet Started
Refunds may be considered if work has not started and no deliverables have been produced. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel before work begins.
Milestone-Based Projects
For milestone-based projects, partial refunds may be considered for milestones where work has not started. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
Completed and Delivered Work
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. This includes delivered source code, deployed applications, documentation, configurations, and other agreed deliverables.
Subscription Support
Monthly technical support subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be sent to support@polktab.online with your order details, project reference, and reason for the request.
Refund Review Time
We review refund requests within 5–10 business days and will communicate our decision via email.
